REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
At NANNIED, we provide a discreet, highly personalised service connecting families with experienced, carefully selected nannies. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how membership fees, service charges, and cancellations are handled.
1. Membership Fees
Membership fees are payable in accordance with the terms outlined in the membership agreement.
Membership provides access to our exclusive network of nannies and personalised placement services.
Membership is non-transferable and intended solely for the registered family.
Membership is automatically renewed annually unless the family provides written notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.
2. Refunds
Membership fees are generally non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:
Where legally required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Where NANNIED is unable to provide any service as agreed in the membership agreement.
Any refund granted will be calculated on a pro-rata basis and processed within [X] business days of confirmation.
3. Cancellation by Families
Families may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice to NANNIED.
To avoid automatic renewal, notice must be given at least 30 days before the renewal date.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle the family to a refund for fees already paid, except as outlined in section 2.
Once cancellation is confirmed, access to membership benefits, including introductions to nannies, will cease at the end of the membership period.
4. Cancellation by NANNIED
NANNIED reserves the right to suspend or terminate a family’s membership at its discretion, including in cases of:
Breach of Terms of Use or membership agreement.
Behaviour deemed inappropriate, unprofessional, or unsafe.
In such cases, NANNIED may, at its discretion, provide a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of membership fees.
5. Service Cancellations or Changes
NANNIED will make every effort to provide introductions and placements as agreed.
If a placement cannot proceed due to circumstances outside of NANNIED’s control, we will work with the family to reschedule or provide alternatives.
Refunds are not provided for:
Nannies declining a placement.
Changes requested by the family once the service has commenced, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Payment Processing
All payments must be made via the methods outlined in the membership agreement.
Any failed or declined payments may result in suspension of membership until payment is received.
7. Changes to Policy
NANNIED reserves the right to amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Updated policies will be posted on the website with the revised effective date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
