  • Any disputes arising between families and nannies must be addressed directly between the parties; NANNIED may offer guidance but is not a party to such disputes.

  • Fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in the membership agreement or required by law.

  • NANNIED reserves the right to amend fees with notice to members.
